2001 Ford F150 Door Locks Not Working

The power door locks dont work at all i have to use my key.

Please email me with where you bought these parts and if this really works. Checked the batteries in the key fobs checked the fuses checked the car battery. Key fob and manual door locks stopped working. I just inherited my fathers 2000 ford f150.
