2000 Ford F150 Door Locks Not Working

The automatic door locks do not work. Step 1 change out the battery on the keyless entry remote control if the car is not responding to the buttons you press. I bet the noise kind of sounds like a humming grinding noise in the doors as you watch the door lock just vibrate. The lock actuators are not hard to replace they are inside the door.
