1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Passenger Door Lock Problems

Just the passenger door module.

Nothing will lock or unlock electronically. Remove the rear door panels and check for power to the lock actuators while locking unlocking. Checked all doors last evening no luck. Any help on how to fix would be very helpful.

Jeep 1998 grand cherokee 4 0l l6 body door lock actuator. Do not know cause but i remove large red 50 fuse in engine compartment fuse box wait 15 sec and replace. I have already tried taking off the door panel and checking the harnesses for corrosion. No parts for vehicles in selected markets.

I have a 1998 jeep cherokee 4x4 and my door lock button does not work on the passenger or drivers side. So then i disconnected the harnesses and plug them back in and that was not the problem. Again i believe this was a problem that was corrected on the 96 my change. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don t. Passenger door lock makes a ticking noise when i push the door lock on drivers door. There is no corrosion.

Drivers side door on 1998 jeep grand cherokee i have the same problem. If the right front door locks and unlocks there is output from the passenger door module the rear and right front are on the same circuit.
